Your privacy... Is our concern WHAT WE MEAN WHEN WE TALK ABOUT "PRIVACY" We are concerned about your privacy. When we issue a contract for entertainment services to a client, we need information about the person or company that we're doing business with. We consider this information private and have taken steps to protect its confidentiality. We also feel that you, the customer, are entitled to know about our practices regarding personal information - what kinds of information we obtain about you, where we get it, and whom, if anyone, we may share it with. PRIVACY PROMISE FOR CONSUMERS 1.  We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information our customers share with us. 2.  We will limit the collection and use of customer information to the minimum we require to deliver superior service to our customers, who include advising our customers about our products, services and other opportunities, and to administer our business. 3.  We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process. 4.  We will not reveal customer information to any external organization unless we have previously informed the customer in disclosures or agreements, have been authorized by the customer, or are required by law. 5.  We will always maintain control over the confidentiality of our customer information. We may, however, facilitate relevant offers from reputable companies. These companies are not permitted to retain any customer information unless the customer has specifically expressed interest in their products or services. 6.  We will tell customers in plain language initially, and at least once annually, how they may remove their names from marketing lists. At any time, customers can contact us to remove their names from such lists. 7.  Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we will require them to conform to our privacy standards and to allow us to audit them for compliance. 8.  We will attempt to keep customer files complete, up-to-date, and accurate. We will tell our customers how and where to conveniently access their account information (except when we're prohibited by law) and how to notify us about errors, which we will promptly correct. WHAT KIND OF INFORMATION WE HAVE AND WHERE WE GET IT 9.  You provide us with most information we need in the entertainment contract process. To make sure all this information is current and correct; we may need to verify it with you by telephone or by mail. 10.  You may be asked to fill out a supplementary questionnaire to give us additional information we need, or to give more details over the phone or in person. WHO HAS ACCESS TO THIS INFORMATION 11.  Information which has been collected about you, which we keep, will be contained in our records. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information in our records. We do not give or sell our customers' personal information to others for marketing purposes. Since we do not share your information outside of permitted exceptions, you don't have to ask us not to share your information. 12.  We will refer to and use information about you to issue and service your entertainment contract. We may disclose the information to other persons or organizations to assist us to administer or service our business. When we do, we require them to use it only for the purposes we provided it to them. HOW TO FIND OUT WHAT INFORMATION WE HAVE ABOUT YOU If, after reading this notice, you have any questions concerning the information we have in your file, please write to us at the address below. We will contact you with the information within 30 business days of receipt of your request and let you know to whom (if anyone) we've disclosed it to in the past. If you desire, you may also see and copy the information. If you believe any of our information is incorrect, we'll reinvestigate and if we agree there was an error, we'll correct it.
